Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have accepted your deposit or full payment and sent you a confirmation. Prices quoted are for the apartment and dates shown.
Payment
Deposit and balance payment arrangements are confirmed at the time of booking. Your booking is only secure once the required payments have been received.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds depend on the notice given and are at our discretion. We recommend travel insurance.
Your stay
Apartments are self-catering and must be kept in good condition. Guests are responsible for the apartment during their stay, and for leaving it tidy at the end of the booking.
Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the booking value, except where the law does not allow this limitation.
